Specimens from animals with injuries, disease processes, cancer, infections, vitamin and mineral deficiencies and other body altering defects. Also including Congenital and Genetic Deformities.  Skulls, Skeletons, Skins and Wet specimens.

Bobcat Skull- Severe Cranial Injury

Mature  Male Bobcat(WA) (Lynx rufus)-Severe and completely healed trauma to the upper portion of the skull.  Most of the damage/depression occurs in the upper sinuses. It is a Considerable dent and you can place a piece of 1/2" diameter pipe into the groove. Wild bobcat, cause of injury is unknown.  All of the injured soft tissue was fully healed and scarred, so I would estimate the injury occured 6-12 months before death. Beetle Cleaned and Fully whitened, museum quality skull. $500

 

Ewe Sheep Skull- Tooth Abscess

Lincoln Longwool Domestic Sheep Female (Ovis Aries)- Senior individual, 10-11 years old, Showing a "Broken Mouth"- Loss of one or more of the front teeth.  Also exhibits a  Large Tooth abscess with associated bone degeneration on the lower jaw. Naturally hornless individual. Beetle Cleaned and Fully Whitened, museum quality skull.   $175

 

Pathalogical Sheep Jaw

Adult Rambouillet Ram Sheep (Ovis Aries)- Large Ossified area on the Lower jaw of a mature ram of unknown age. Naturally missing several teeth in the growth, most likely caused by a sever bone infection. Lower Jaw ONLY.  Beetle Cleaned and Fully Whitened, museum quality specimen.  $75

 

Ringbone- Domestic Horse

Mature  Male Domestic Horse (Equus callabus)-Short and Long Pastern Bones, Exhibiting severe High ringbone. Bones are completely fused together and show zero movement. Bones sold as a set of one short pastern and attached long pastern, and matching Metatarsal. Second image compares a Normal specimen from another individual to the affected horse.  Beetle Cleaned and Whitened, Some grease still remains.  $125 Per Set, Two Sets currently available.

 

Pathalogical Llama Leg

Yearling Male Llama (Llama Glama)- Ossified Radius and matching Humerous. Not sure of the cause of the large ossified area, could be from an infection, Partial Break or other cause. Because of the age of the specimen the growth plates have not  fused at the joints. Specimen has been Cleaned, but not degreased or whitened.  $75
